Marriage and Couple Therapy

Feature Image

CCouples' marriage counselling involves confidential conversations between the counsellor and both partners who might be having issues.  The counsellor is strictly non-judgmental and neutral to both partners and the sessions provide a place for difficult and conflicted thoughts and emotions to be spoken of and heard. They enable both to share thoughts about what’s really on your mind in the context of breaking down differences and finding resolutions.

The counsellor will carefully listen to and evaluate the relationship story aiming to de-escalate conflict and find an acceptable compromise with realistic practical solutions. The counsellor will help both partners to reflect and identify the direction of and potential for change.
