Jacqueline Naidoo is a CDA licensed Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over 30 years of professional experience across clinical support, psychological wellbeing, leadership development, crisis intervention, and multicultural client care.
She provides psychological assessment, counselling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adolescents, and adults presenting with anxiety disorders, trauma-related difficulties, stress, emotional dysregulation, adjustment challenges, behavioural concerns, and interpersonal difficulties.
Jacqueline has clinical experience delivering therapeutic interventions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across educational, community, and wellbeing-focused settings. Her approach is client-centred, culturally sensitive, and grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice.
In addition to her clinical work, Jacqueline has extensive experience working within high-pressure international aviation environments, supporting individuals and teams across culturally diverse settings. Her background includes leadership, crisis management, emotional wellbeing support, mentoring, and resilience-focused guidance within demanding operational environments.
She has also provided psychological first aid and peer support following critical incidents and high-stress events, offering emotional support, stabilisation, and wellbeing assistance to individuals exposed to trauma and acute stress. This experience has strengthened her trauma-informed, calm, and compassionate approach to psychological care.
Earlier in her career, Jacqueline worked with the South African Police Service, supporting sensitive operational and trauma-related administrative processes, contributing to her understanding of crisis exposure, trauma-informed care, and professional resilience.
Jacqueline has completed additional professional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), anxiety disorders, OCD, eating disorders, workplace stress, adolescent mental health, and psychological first aid.
